JSC “Russian Coal” was founded in 2002. The company’s assets are located in three regions of the Russian Federation: Amur region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The company unites seven coal mines, a coal-preparation plant, energy supplying, transport and repair facilities.
As of 01.01.2021 total balance coal reserves of the company (A + B + C1, C2) amount to 1.47 billion tons.
JSC «Russian Coal» delivers coal to consumers of 60 subjects of the Russian Federation and abroad (Poland, China, Japan, South Korea, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries).
JSC “Russian Coal” regularly invests in equipment, capital construction and development of a new resource base. Year after year, mining equipment is being upgraded or replaced by a more modern and productive one.
JSC “Russian Coal” is a major employer: over 4,300 employees are working on its facilities.
In its work JSC “Russian Coal” follows the principles of social responsibility and invests in the human capital. The company has signed social and economic cooperation agreements with all the regions where it operates. The Company has various charity and sponsorship programs.
