In 2020, Russian Coal increased energy coal production in Khakassia by 10%

In 2020, Russian Coal increased coal production in Siberia by 12%. On the Sayano-Partizansky sections in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Stepnoy and Kirbinsky in Khakassia, 7.6 million tons of coal of the D, G and DG grades were mined. This is 800 thousand tons more than the volume of production of this type of fuel in 2019, which amounted to 6.8 million tons.

The largest growth rates in 2020 were shown by the Kirbinsky sections, where production increased from 1.3 to 1.9 million tons, and Sayano-Partizansky, which increased production from 1.1 to 1.3 million tons.

By 8% – up to 4.4 million tons in 2020, coal processing at the Stepnaya mine concentration plant in Khakassia increased.

Stone energy coal is mined at the enterprises of “Russian Coal” in an open way. Fuel is shipped to the domestic market and for export. Its consumers are energy-generating companies, the housing and communal services sector, federal structures and industrial enterprises, as well as private households.
