In the Republic of Khakassia and Amur region, boarding schools and children’s sports clubs are supported. Particular attention is paid to children with disabilities. In addition, assistance is provided to schools and other educational institutions. Different contests aimed to develop children’s creative abilities are held as well.
The company is committed to the care of veterans of the World War II, organizing the celebration of Victory Day and providing charitable assistance giving free coal and financial support to maintain the living standards of vulnerable groups (pensioners, labor veterans, the disabled).
JSC “Russian Coal” contributes to the socio-economic development of the regions. Every year it supplies the regions of presence with coal for the needs of housing and communal utilities at discounted prices.
The company is funding holidays, which are especially important for residents of single-industry towns, such as Miner’s Day and New Year.
