In Khakassia, the winners of the annual production competition were awarded at the Kirbinsky mine on February 22. In 2021, 59 teams of excavators of coal mining enterprises of the Russian Coal company from the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Krai and Khakassia became its participants. In one of the six nominations, the team of the Hitachi EX-1200 hydraulic excavator No. 3 of the Kirbinsky section won.
The award ceremony was opened by Konstantin Shepelev, General Director of LLC “Kirbinsky Section”: “At the end of last year, our team became the best in the class of hydraulic machines with a bucket capacity from 5m3 to 15m3 inclusive, in this nomination we have the best team in the entire Russian Coal group. I note that this time we not only took the first place. We have the second and third places in the nomination for hydraulic excavators up to 5 cubic meters. Our company is actively developing, we set big plans for ourselves and successfully implement them. But the most important thing is not the machines, not the equipment, but the people who work for us.”
For the victory in the production competition, Konstantin Shepelev presented cash certificates to the drivers of the Hitachi EX-1200 excavator No. 3: Sergey Paul, Evgeny Nepomnishchem, Ivan Mamonov and Andrey Antonov.
The main prize – a new LADA NIVA car – was awarded by the decision of the team to the excavator driver Leonid Kilizhekov. The keys to the car were handed to the employee by the Deputy General Director – Director of the Branch of JSC “Russian Coal” Chernogorsk Nikolay Zibarev.
“On behalf of the General Director of Russian Coal Stanislav Grachev and on my own behalf, I congratulate the entire team of the Kirbinsky mine on such a significant event. And special congratulations, of course, to the Hitachi EX-1200 No. 3 team. Thank you for your work, for your enthusiasm and dedication to the company. The Kirbinsky section is the youngest in the group. But the boundaries of the Kirbinsky section are not two, not three million tons, but five or six million tons per year. The company has a great future,” he said.
The winner of the main prize, the excavator driver Leonid Kilizhekov, has been working at the Kirbinsky mine since 2019. Immediately after the first lap in the new car, he shared his impressions: “The car is good, you can go on business and to nature.”
To the question “What is the secret of success?” Leonid Kilizhekov replied: “Work, work and work again. It is necessary to work well, to give out volumes. Work trouble-free, plus good conditions. So this is the result.”
Recall that the growth of coal production at the Kirbinsky section by the end of 2021 amounted to 11%. In 2021, over 14.7 million tons of thermal coal were produced at the Russian Coal company’s mines in the SFO and Far Eastern Federal District. This is 200 thousand tons higher than in 2020, which amounted to 14.5 million tons of fuel.
