In the Amur Region, the winners of the Production Competition-2021, which took place last year between teams of various types of excavators of Russian Coal enterprises in the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia, were congratulated. Amur residents competed for the championship in two categories — among walking excavators with a bucket capacity of 10 or more cubic meters and with a bucket capacity of 15 to 40 cubic meters.
As a result, the winner among 13 draglines with a bucket capacity of 15 m3 was the brigade ESH-15/90 No. 16 of Brigadier Sergei Ermakov, the coal mine of the North-Eastern JSC “Amurugol”.
The owner of the main prize – a personal passenger car – this year was chosen at the enterprise at the brigade council, following which they decided to give the main prize to the excavator driver Vitaly Gorkovenko, who has worked flawlessly in Amurugl for more than 30 years, 22 of which were on ESH-15/90.The rest of the team members received cash bonuses.

In spite of any difficulties, in spite of bad weather, you show excellent results,” Oleg Vedernikov, General Director of JSC “Amurugol”, said, congratulating the winners on the rightfully deserved award, expressing hope that next year the Yerkovetsky section will make a worthy competition for the North-Eastern section in production competitions.
— This is not the first time we are participating in the competition, we have always strived, always tried, we were close to victory, but we could not become the first. This year we decided to try harder, we worked on labor discipline, reduced downtime of equipment as much as possible,” says foreman of ESH—15/90 No. 16 Sergey Ermakov. — The spirit of rivalry spurred us on and helped us to become leaders. I can say that we tried very hard and we succeeded. We became winners in production competitions for the first time. The whole team, all our guys have worked their best!
