Traditionally, with the onset of the heating season, the Steppe section ships free fuel as part of charitable activities.
Every year, residents of the small village of Zarya, located in the Ust-Abakan district, receive coal with home delivery. At the request of local authorities, especially needy residents receive free coal. For example, pensioners living alone, veterans, disabled people, young professionals, etc.
In addition, as part of the social partnership, free coal was provided to the Sunny Village Council in Ust-Abakan district. Fuel is necessary to support the activities of the local boiler house, which heats a number of socially significant objects: kindergarten, house of culture.
