
The actual salary for the main working professions at the enterprises of Russian Coal in 2020 increased by 10-16% compared to 2019. The main working professions of coal mining enterprises include an excavator driver, a technological transport driver and a locomotive driver, the company’s press service said.
In 2020, Russian Coal invested more than 115 million rubles in social programs for miners and charity projects in the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia.
“Despite all the difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic and its negative impact on the global economy, in 2020 we managed to continue social support for the company’s employees and their families and provide charitable assistance to those in need in the regions of the company’s presence.I consider the increase in wages in the main working professions in this difficult year especially important, since during the difficult epidemiological situation in the country and the world, thanks to the work of miners, continuous coal mining and timely shipment of fuel to consumers were carried out. The result of this work was the provision of energy security, including many socially significant facilities, in 60 regions of the Russian Federation, “said Stanislav Grachev, General Director of Russian Coal.
For employees of all Russian Coal enterprises in the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Moscow, mass laboratory tests for coronavirus infection were organized on a regular basis. Testing of employees is carried out at the expense of the company. In 2020, more than 8,000 laboratory tests for covid-19 were carried out at the enterprises of Russian Coal.
Among the charity projects of Russian Coal in 2020 were support for educational, cultural and sports programs in the regions of the company’s presence, assistance to WWII veterans, rear workers, orphanages, and socially unprotected citizens. Bactericidal irradiators-recirculators for air purification and decontamination, antiseptics and personal protective equipment were donated to Russian Coal educational institutions in all regions of the company’s presence as part of the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection.
In 2020, Russian Coal conducted social programs for employees, including training and advanced training of specialists, material assistance to employees, retirement benefits and others.
The social and charitable policy of the Russian Coal company in the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia will be continued in 2021.
