A significant increase in labor productivity was achieved due to the active implementation of the principles of lean production, changes in the planning system, optimization of work processes and other measures to increase the efficiency of production processes.

“The growth of productivity by 18.2% relative to the planned level is of great importance for the conditions for the development of coal reserves in the Amur Region,” said the Amurugol company.

It should be noted that in order to ensure the growth of labor productivity at medium and large enterprises of the basic sectors of the Russian economy, the May decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2018 approved the national project “Labor productivity and support for employment.” Within the framework of the national project, a set of measures for state support of business is being implemented, which includes expert assistance in optimizing production processes. The implementation of the national project in the Amur Region is planned for 2022.
