For these purposes, the Kirbinsky section of the Russian Coal company transferred 9 million rubles to the Administration of the Altai District.

Charitable assistance to the Altai region is provided within the framework of the agreement on the implementation of significant socio-economic projects.

As told in the Administration of the Altai region, the funds are intended to create safe and comfortable conditions for students of educational organizations. In particular, furniture for physics and chemistry classrooms for Arshanov, Kaibal, Kirov and Novomikhailovskaya secondary schools will be purchased. Partial heating repairs are to be carried out in the Podsin school, and the floors will be replaced in the Beloyarsk kindergarten “Teremok” and the Lukyanovka kindergarten “Raduga”.

Medical offices will be renovated in the Kaibal kindergarten “Sunny” and the Kaibal school. In addition, thanks to the financial assistance of the coal enterprise, other educational organizations of the district will be equipped with the necessary medical equipment.

As part of compliance with fire safety requirements, 8 educational organizations will carry out a complete replacement of the fire alarm system.

The agreement on the implementation of significant socio-economic projects was signed between the Kirbinsky section and the Administration of the Altai district. In accordance with the agreement, 27 million rubles were transferred to the district over three years.

Coal production at the Sayano-Partizansky mine has exceeded 1 million tons since the beginning of 2021

Since the beginning of 2021, coal production at the Sayano-Partizansky mine (the asset of the Russian Coal company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory) has exceeded 1 million tons of fuel. The company produces high-calorie coal of the grades “G” and “DG”.

In January – October 2021, 1.05 million tons of fuel were produced at the mine, which is 6% more than the results of the 10 months of 2020.

Recall that in 2020, the Russian Coal company increased the shipment of Sayano-Partizan coal by 11% to 1.24 million tons compared to the level of 2019. (1.12 million tons).

Due to its high caloric content (more than 6000 kcal/ kg), this type of fuel is in demand in the Asia-Pacific region, and is also exported to a number of European countries. Sayano-Partizan coal is shipped to the needs of large energy companies, industrial enterprises and the housing and communal services sector.

The Pereyaslavsky section received new auxiliary equipment

At the Pereyaslovsky section (the asset of the Russian Coal company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory), a new auxiliary equipment was put into operation – a GAZ-SAZ 25072 truck. One of the key advantages of this car is the ability to unload without the participation of forklifts and other additional equipment. Due to its technical characteristics, it successfully passes not only on paved roads, but also on the ground.

The new truck at the section will be used at all production sites and is intended for operational maintenance of repair and mechanical service, delivery of spare parts, consumables, as well as delivery of coal to individual consumers.

Also, it is on this machine that preferential coal will be brought to the employees of the mine and pensioners of the enterprise. The Pereyaslovsky section provides free ration coal to all employees who have worked at the enterprise for at least 11 months, and pensioners of the enterprise. “The annual rate of delivery of coal for domestic needs is set at 8 tons of ordinary coal of the 3BR or 2BR brand per person. Of the planned 3,108 tons of ration coal for 9 months of 2021, 1,451 tons have already been issued,” the company explained.

The new truck is driven by Alexander Fedorovich Viltovsky. His work experience at the Pereyaslavsky section is almost 15 years.

“During my work at the mine, this is the second car. I am happy with the new car: it is maneuverable, easy to drive, comfortable cabin, soft seats, it is a pleasure to work on it!”, – Alexander Fedorovich tells not without pride. A tachograph has already been installed in the cab of the car, which monitors compliance with the driver’s work and rest regime, and a walkie-talkie for operational communication when working on the territory of the section.

For 9 months of 2021, coal production at Russian Coal enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Territory increased by 12%

In January – September 2021, more than 3.41 million tons of thermal coal were produced at the enterprises of Russian Coal in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – the Pereyaslovsky, Abansky and Sayano-Partizansky sections. This is 300 thousand tons higher than planned and 374 thousand tons, or 12% more than the production volumes of the same period in 2020.

In the Sayano-Partizansky section, over 9 months of 2021, over 930 thousand tons of high-calorie coal of the “G” and “DG” grades were extracted, which is 2% higher than last year’s figures. Due to its high caloric content (more than 6000 kcal/ kg), this type of fuel is in demand in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

The volume of brown thermal coal production at the Pereyaslovsky section in January – September 2021 amounted to 2.43 million tons. This is 16% more than the production volumes for 9 months of 2020. The products of the Pereyaslovsky section – coal of the “3B” brand – are distinguished by one of the highest caloric content among brown coals of the mainland of the Russian Federation (up to 4,400 kcal/ kg). The company currently has about 260 million tons of solid fuel in its reserves.

More than 50 thousand tons of fuel have been extracted since the beginning of the year at the Abansky section, working off the reserves of the Abansky brown coal deposit.

Russian Coal continues to implement an investment program to upgrade the fleet of mining and transport equipment of coal mines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The fuel extracted here is supplied to the needs of the large energy sector, housing and utilities structures, under government contracts, as well as for export.

Since the beginning of 2021, coal production has increased by 5% at Russian Coal enterprises in Khakassia

For 9 months of 2021, about 5 million tons of “D” grade coal were produced at the enterprises of “Russian Coal” in Khakassia – the Steppe and Kirbinsky sections. This is 140 thousand tons higher than planned and 5% more than production volumes for the same period last year, the company explained.

In the Stepnaya section, working off the reserves of the Chernogorsky coal deposit, 3.37 million tons of fuel were produced in January – September 2021, which is 80 thousand tons ahead of planned indicators. 3.3 million tons of coal have been processed at the processing plant of the mine since the beginning of the year.

Coal production at the Kirbinsky section, working off the reserves of the Bayskoye field, increased by 16% in 9 months of 2021 compared to the same period in 2020 and amounted to 1.62 million tons.

Khakass coal is shipped for the needs of large-scale energy, ensuring the energy security of the territories of the Far North, under state and social contracts, as well as for export.

With the development of production, the company’s tax deductions to the budget of Khakassia also increased. For 8 months of 2021, the enterprises of Russian Coal paid 356.2 million rubles of tax deductions to the budget of the Republic, which is significantly higher than last year.

A new excavator has been put into operation at the Russian Coal enterprise in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

A new Komatsu PC–400 hydraulic excavator was delivered to the Pereyaslovsky mine, an asset of the Russian Coal company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as part of the implementation of the investment program in 2021.

It will be used both on the main technological processes – stripping and mining operations, and on auxiliary ones, including the dosage of wagons, the company explained.

This excavator stands out for its high performance characteristics, including the maximum radius and depth of cutting of the soil. The model received innovative solutions and advanced design developments. Advanced technical characteristics are achieved by equipping with new high-quality materials.

The Pereyaslovsky section works out the reserves of the Pereyaslovsky brown coal deposit located on the territory of the Rybinsk, Uyarsky and Partizansky districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The company produces brown thermal coal in an open way. Walking excavators, electric quarry crawler and hydraulic excavators are involved in mining operations. Coal loading into railway wagons is carried out by high-performance rotary excavators ER-1250.

Since the beginning of the year, 2.4 million tons of coal have been produced at the Pereyaslovsky section. The section produces energy coal grades “2B” and “3B”, which is one of the highest among the brown coals of the mainland of the Russian Federation in terms of caloric content (up to 4,400 kcal / kg). There are about 260 million tons of coal in the reserves of the Pereyaslovsky mine. In June, the company produced 95 million tons of fuel from the moment the mine was put into operation.

Russian Coal provides retired miners with social coal

As part of the state contract with the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Russian Coal company provides social coal to retired miners.

Every year, about 7,000 former employees of the coal industry receive ration coal mined at the Russian Coal company’s mines located in Khakassia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Amur Region. Social coal of the “D” and “B” brands is supplied under a state contract with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Annually, about 50 – 60 thousand tons of coal and brown thermal coal are shipped under these contracts. The company is selected as a supplier based on the results of open competitive procedures. In the regions, local small business entities are involved in storing and shipping fuel to the final consumer. In some cases, these enterprises provide fuel delivery to the homes of the elderly.

The volume of investments amounted to about 500 million rubles.

The company pays special attention to the implementation of environmental programs and the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of Khakassia: it finances the creation of the reserve “Lakes of the Koibal Steppe”, conducts environmental actions and environmental protection measures in the region. The Liebherr mining excavator R 9100 was developed as an effective solution for loading quarry dump trucks. It is characterized by universality and is adapted to various application conditions. The new equipment will be used for stripping operations.

In 2021, Russian Coal plans to produce 1.3 million tons of hard coal at the Sayano-Partizansky mine. The volume of production at the section for 5 months of 2021 amounted to 470 thousand tons of fuel.

In the future, the production capacity of the Sayano-Partizansky mine will grow to 1.5 million tons of coal per year.
