25,000 grayling fry have been released into the Abakan River.
The release of grayling juveniles was carried out near the village of Bolshoy Monok in the Baysky district. Control over the procedure was carried out by representatives of the Yenisei Territorial Administration of Rosrybolovstvo and specialists of the Kirbinsky section.
The juveniles were raised in a fishery located in the Baysky district. The average weight of fry was 0.66 grams – this is the optimal size to survive in the natural habitat. As the representative of the fishery said, the fry will overwinter in shallow water, and in two years they will grow to an adult.
For the first time, the Kirbinsky section carried out stocking in 2019, then 32,000 grayling fry were released into the Abakan River. In 2021, 25,000 fry were released.
The river is being stocked within the framework of the integrated environmental program of the Kirbinsky section of the Russian Coal Company and contributes to the restoration of aquatic bioresources. This is a compensatory measure for the development of sections of the South-Eastern Kirbinsky, North-Western Kirbinsky Bey coal deposit.

On the eve of the Day of Knowledge, traditionally, the action “Mining Portfolio” was held in JSC “Amurugol” (an asset of the company “Russian Coal” in the Amur region). This action is aimed at supporting large families of the Amur region.
This year, more than 60 children from large families of miners received school supplies and creative kits as a gift.
With the support of the companies “Russian Coal” and “Amur Coal”, competitions of radio amateurs of the Amur region – regional competitions in VHF communications were held near the city of Raichikhinsk for the Miner’s Day.
Amateur radio is a hobby, a job, and an active lifestyle. This activity will not bring a lot of money or fame, because only those who sincerely burn with their work are engaged in it. Not everyone knows that enthusiasm and equipment alone are not enough to participate in such competitions, all radio amateurs must receive permission from the radio communication service, which gives them the right to establish mutual contacts, conduct research and receive coveted tournament points.
Among the radio amateurs of the Amur region there are also our colleagues-miners. For example, Evgeny Muzychuk, communications engineer of JSC “Amurugol” and Denis Bryukhov, excavator operator ASH 15/90 have been working on the radio for decades, successfully combining the business of life with productive work for the benefit of the coal industry of the region. Together with other enthusiasts, they initiated competitions among radio amateurs, timed the event to the Miner’s Day.
4 hours of communication, two in the morning and evening, 8 sub-tours of 30 minutes to install the largest number of radio communications for each participant. A successful connection is considered only one in which both correspondents have transmitted their call sign and serial number of the connection, and also received it from the interlocutor. The winner is the one who gets the most points.
In the lists of participants, it was possible to meet athletes from different settlements of the Amur region. The “radio smile” demanded patience, perseverance and a strong nervous system from the competitors.
The best of the best received useful prizes from Amur Coal and diplomas that will surely take their place on the wall of achievements of radio amateurs of Raichikhinsk.

As part of the charity event, the Russian Coal Steppe Company section provided financial assistance for the purchase of school supplies for children from low-income families living in the Tashtypsky district.
The Administration of the Tashtypsky district appealed to the management of the enterprise with a request to provide charitable assistance. Currently, stationery has already been purchased, and on the eve of the Knowledge Day, gift sets will be handed over to schoolchildren in the Tashtypsky district.
“First of all, school supplies will be awarded to more than 200 first-graders. Assistance will also be provided to other schoolchildren from low-income and needy families living in the Tashtypsky district. Our main task is to ensure that for each such child, regardless of the situation in the family, the school year begins safely. Thank you for your help in this matter to the management of the Stepnaya section,” said Elena Alexandrovna Tsygankova, Acting Deputy Head of the Tashtypsky district for Social Issues.
In addition, the Stepnaya section supported young hockey players from Chernogorsk. At the request of the management of the Shakhtar stadium, charitable assistance was provided for the purchase of sports uniforms for the children’s bandy team of the city of Chernogorsk.

Funds in the amount of 700 thousand rubles were allocated for the purchase of new equipment as part of the repair of the gymnasium of the gymnasium of Chernogorsk.

A freezer for storing the coronavirus vaccine appeared in the outpatient clinic of the village of Varvarovka, Amur region. The charitable assistance provided to the doctors by Amur Coal turned out to be very useful in the conditions of the pandemic.
“The vaccine against COVID-19 should be stored at minus 20 degrees,” explained the management of the outpatient clinic of the village of Varvarovka. – Earlier we had a certain problem in this matter. Due to the lack of a freezer, we ordered the vaccine from the district hospital of the village of Yekaterinoslavka, and could vaccinate exactly as many people as the drug was brought, that is, it was quite difficult to organize the process. Now the problem has been removed, and the number of vaccinated has immediately increased. A person can be vaccinated at any time.”
The gift of the coal miners turned out to be necessary and useful both for the villagers and for the workers of the Yerkovetsky mine. Now the vaccine is brought and stored directly in the outpatient clinic of the village of Varvarovka, which facilitates the work and simplifies the vaccination process itself.

Ivan Vaulin, Chief Technologist of the Technical service of JSC “Krasnoyarsk Krai Coal” and Konstantin Shepelev, Chief Engineer of LLC “Kirbinsky Section” defended their graduation projects and received diplomas from MISIS and MGIMO on awarding the Master of Business Administration qualification within the framework of the MBA program “Strategic Management of Mineral resource Companies”. The final attestation commission was headed by Anatoly Yanovsky, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, who presented the graduates with diplomas.
The MBA program “Strategic Management of Mineral Resource Companies” has been implemented by the Interuniversity Educational Center since 2017. This is the first educational project that was developed and launched by the Center with the direct participation of specialists from NUST MISIS and MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, as well as supported by the Ministry of Energy of Russia, leading mining companies and the scientific community.
“At one time, when the initiative to create this program appeared, the Ministry of Energy, of course, supported it. This year, the third edition has already taken place. It is important that these are people who have production experience. They came from production and want to improve the technology, organization and economy of production at the enterprises where they work. The release of juveniles was made near the village of Atamanovo in the Sukhobuzimsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 870 pieces of juveniles with an average weight of 1.04 grams were released into the reservoir. In physical terms, this amounted to 9.581 kg. Thus, the company contributes to the restoration of valuable types of aquatic biological resources.
During the environmental event, a commission worked, including specialists of the Yenisei Territorial Administration of Rosrybolovstvo, the Federal State Budgetary Institution Glavrybvod, which calculated the average weight of juveniles and its accounting for delivery to the place of release.
The main production activity of JSC “Krasnoyarsk Krayugol”, which includes the branches “Pereyaslovsky section” and “Abansky section” (Abansky and Taseevsky sections), is open-pit coal mining. Fuel is shipped to the large energy sector, for the needs of housing and communal services, federal structures, as well as private households.
