“Russian Coal” expands the fleet of equipment in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Russian Coal continues to implement an investment program to expand and modernize the fleet of equipment at coal mining enterprises in the Siberian Federal District.

As part of the investment program, a new Liebherr PR 764 Litronic bulldozer was delivered to the Pereyaslovsky coal mine in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The new equipment will be used in open-pit mining operations for the construction of roads and exits, loosening of frozen rocks, the formation of dumps and coal depots, and the planning of faces.

Liebherr bulldozers of the 4th generation are distinguished by increased power and innovative technical solutions. The optimal ratio of working weight and engine power guarantees maximum performance even in difficult working conditions.

In 2021, about 5 million tons of thermal coal were produced at the enterprises of Russian Coal in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. At the same time, more than 3.5 million tons of this volume fell on the Pereyaslavsky coal mine, which produces brown coal of the “2B” and “3B” brands. The products of the section are distinguished by one of the highest caloric content among brown coals of the mainland of the Russian Federation (up to 4,400 kcal/kg). The company currently has about 260 million tons of solid fuel in its reserves.

The Russian Coal mine in Khakassia fulfilled its production plan ahead of schedule in 2021

The Kirbinsky section, which produces coal on the territory of the Bey coal deposit, has fulfilled the production plan of 2021 ahead of schedule.

On December 20, the miners of the Kirbinsky mine extracted 2.1 million tons of coal, in accordance with the production plan for the current year. The volume of stripping was 9570 thousand m3.

The Kirbinsky section was put into operation in 2018 and produces coal of the “D” grade with a caloric content 5 200 – 5 700 kCal/kg. The balance reserves of the sections of the Kirbinsky section amount to 350 million tons of coal. High-calorie fuel is supplied to Russian and foreign consumers, the press service of the Russian Coal company reported.

Recall that in 2021, quarry water treatment facilities, which have no analogues in Khakassia, were put into operation at the Kirbinsky section. The volume of investments in the construction of a high-tech facility amounted to about 500 million rubles. In addition, Russian Coal plans to build a processing plant at the Kirbinsky section. After processing, the caloric content of the enriched products will exceed 6000 kcal/kg.

Благодаря благотворительной помощи завершен капитальный ремонт кровли детского сада.

Ныне действующее здание детского сада построено в 1996 году. В настоящее время в «Радуге» воспитываются 100 малышей, большая часть которых – дети сотрудников разреза Ерковецкий АО «Амуруголь».

В дошкольном образовательном учреждении села Варваровка созданы максимально комфортные условия для всестороннего детского развития. Особое внимание уделяется оздоровлению и физическому развитию детей, для воспитанников «Радуги» доступен современный тренажерный зал. В большом логопедическом центре проводятся программы развития речи для детей дошкольного возраста. Также малышей обучают актёрскому мастерству и постановке мини-спектаклей, знакомят их с историей России.

«Но, как и в любом образовательном учреждении, у нас время от времени возникают трудности, справиться с которыми самостоятельно мы не в силах. Одной из таких трудностей была кровля здания, требующая капитального ремонта. Решить эту проблему помогли горняки. With the company’s funds, electrical installation equipment was purchased and the power supply system of the kindergarten was overhauled.

A special lighting scheme has been created as a New Year’s gift for young residents of Pereyaslavl, taking into account the peculiarities of the child’s psychology, which should ensure the creation of realistic shadows and good color reproduction. It was important to ensure the maximum level of safety, to prevent the possibility of a child touching live parts.

The kindergarten “Minx” was put into operation in 1955, its occupancy is designed for 75 places or 4 age groups. In fact, 71 pupils attend kindergarten every day.

Cooperation of JSC “Krasnoyarsk Krai Coal” and MBDOU “Pereyaslavsky kindergarten “Minx” lasts for more than one year. At the company’s expense, the kindergarten heating system and the roof of the building were repaired, window blocks and part of the door blocks were replaced, didactic tables and soft modules for physical development were purchased for each group.

Since 2018, the contribution of JSC “Krasnoyarsk Krai Coal” to the maintenance and material support of the Pereyaslavsky kindergarten “Minx” amounted to more than 3.3 million rubles.

The new hydraulic excavator EX1900-6 is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for parts, an automatic dust ejector and has a spacious maintenance area. The operator’s cabin (excavator driver) has an ergonomic design, a seat with air suspension and air conditioning. Also, the high location of the cab allows the driver to have a good overview during work. Additional work safety is provided by external video recording and all-round cameras. Thanks to the installed monitor with an intelligent data display system, the excavator operator can quickly monitor the state of the equipment and operating parameters.

“Hitachi equipment has proven itself well in our Siberian conditions, and thanks to the presence of certified representatives in the region, high-quality service is provided,” said Denis Kremensky, chief mechanic of the Kirbinsky section.

A team of experienced machinists was formed to work on the new excavator, it included Dmitry Kamagin, Alexander Kaufman, Sergey Paul and Konstantin Poroshin.

Thus, now Hitachi equipment is represented in the Kirbinsky section by 5 units, these are excavators EX1200, EX2600, EX1900 and front loaders ZW310 and ZW550.

In 2021, Russian Coal invested more than 1 billion rubles in the development of production

In 2021, the Russian Coal company invested more than 1 billion rubles in the development of production.

Out of the total amount of investments, over 830 million rubles were allocated for the renewal and expansion of the fleet of machinery and production equipment. Since the beginning of the year, 23 units of new mining and auxiliary equipment, as well as new equipment, consumables for the repair and operation of equipment and infrastructure facilities have been delivered to coal mines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia.

The park of special equipment of the Kirbinsky coal mine in Khakassia will be replenished with new BelAZ -75131 and BelAZ- 7558 dump trucks with a lifting capacity of 130 and 90 tons, as well as a Hitachi EX-1900 hydraulic excavator.

A Komatsu PC-400 excavator was delivered to the Pereyaslovsky coal mine in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and a Liebherr R 9100 excavator and a Hitachi ZW310 front loader were delivered to the Sayano-Partizansky mine.

The fleet of wheeled vehicles of the Russian Coal mining enterprises has been replenished with dump trucks and Kamaz on-board cars, PAZ and GAZ buses, minibuses, UAZ, URAL cars, as well as automobile cranes and tankers.

“The new equipment that comes to the sections has a high level of safety in operation and comfortable conditions for operators. And the vast majority of this investment amount is aimed, among other things, at improving industrial safety of production,” the company’s representative said.

More than 138 million rubles were invested in capital construction in 2021.

In 2022, Russian Coal will continue to implement an investment program to upgrade and expand the equipment fleet of mining enterprises and develop production assets.

Amur Coal supports educational projects in the Amur region

The company “Amurugol” helps the municipal budgetary educational institution “Varvarovka Secondary School” in the implementation of the project “Point of Growth”.

The history of the Varvarovka village school dates back to 1989, from the first days of the founding of a new coal mining enterprise in the Amur region – the Yerkovetsky mine. Today, more than 330 children living in the village study at the school. Amur Coal is a long-standing social partner of a secondary school in Varvarovka.

With the support of miners, the material base of the educational center “Point of Growth”, which appeared at the school within the framework of the federal project “Modern School” of the national project “Education”, was recently updated.

“We are keeping up with the times, and since September last year, the center for digital and humanitarian profiles “Point of Growth” has been opened at our school. For us, this is an opportunity to improve our digital and information literacy, it is the joy of creativity, working in a friendly team. The center is equipped with everything you need. “Projection Room”, “3D modeling”, “Robotics” – these and other programs are very interested in our students. During the day we come to work in the offices of the “Point of Growth” in computer science, physics, social studies, biology, technology classes. And after lessons until late in the evening, some collect walking robots, others work on social projects, and others master programming languages,” says Natalia Vasilyevna Minkova, the school’s director.

With the support of the miners of the Amur region, not only the educational, but also the sports infrastructure is being updated at Varvarovka school.

In 2018, a multifunctional sports ground with a training complex was built next to the school with the support of Amur Coal. One third of Varvarovka village school students are engaged in sports: football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, freestyle wrestling and skiing.

Employees of the Kirbinsky mine received awards in connection with the 7th anniversary of the company

November 19, 2021 marked the 7th anniversary of the founding of the Kirbinsky section. In connection with the festive date, as well as for a great personal contribution to the development of the enterprise, employees were awarded memorable corporate awards.

The history of the Kirbinsky section dates back to November 19, 2014. At that time, there were only two people on the staff of the company. Today, the Kirbinsky mine is one of the most promising and rapidly developing coal industry enterprises in the region. More than 320 residents of Khakassia work at the mine.

Among the first engineering and technical workers accepted in 2017 was Alexander Vasilyevich Morozov. He became the first head of the mining section, now he is a process engineer.

In connection with the festive date, as well as for his great personal contribution to the development of the Kirbinsky mine, Alexander Vasilyevich Morozov was awarded a certificate of honor by JSC “Russian Coal”. Excavator driver Alexander Kaufman and BelAZ dump truck driver Andrey Avdeev also received corporate awards. For 10 months of 2021, Russian Coal produced 12 million tons of thermal coal

In January – October 2021, the enterprises of the Russian Coal company in the Amur Region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia produced 12 million tons of thermal coal. This is 4% higher than in the same period in 2020.

The highest growth rates were shown by the Kirbinsky coal mine in Khakassia, where, compared with last year’s results, 14% more D-grade coal was produced. The Kirbinsky section works out the reserves of the Bey coal deposit.

The volume of coal production at the Pereyaslovsky and Sayano-Partizansky sections located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory increased by 6% compared to 10 months of 2020.

The Sayano-Partizansky section produces coal of the “G” and “DG” brands, which, due to its high caloric content (more than 6000 kcal / kg), is in active demand in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

The products of the Pereyaslovsky section – coal of the “3B” brand – are distinguished by one of the highest caloric values (up to 4,400 kcal/kg) among the brown coals of the mainland of the Russian Federation.

“The implementation of the investment program for the renewal of the fleet of mining and transport equipment of coal mines in the regions of the company’s presence continues. The volume of coal production in January – October 2021 exceeds the planned figures, which is due, among other things, to the favorable market conditions,” the company’s press service explained.

Russian Coal produces thermal coal in an open-pit manner at coal mines located in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts. The company’s total coal reserves amount to 1.47 billion tons. The company’s products are supplied to the domestic market to consumers in 60 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as for export to 15 countries of the world.
